Two Great Opportunities To Get Involved With Our Urban Tree Canopy
Young Urban Forest Leaders
LEAF is seeking applications from young women for our Young Urban Forest Leaders program (female-identified youth aged 18-24). Participants receive 5 months of training and mentoring from LEAF and work with the selected community groups to start Adopt-a-Park-Tree programs. This program will introduce young women to possible career paths in urban forestry and arboriculture - fields where they are currently under-represented.The deadline for applications is March 20th.
