Clean Toronto Together 2020

This April, join over 200,000 residents, students, businesses, organizations and community groups who come together for the annual city-wide cleanup of public spaces. Groups and individuals can register a cleanup on the following dates:

  • Community Cleanup Days: Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26
  • Corporate 20-Minute Makeover: Friday, April 24
  • School Cleanup Days: Friday, April 24 or Wednesday, April 22 (Earth Day)
Registration is required to book a cleanup location, such as a park, and helps prevent multiple groups from cleaning the same space. The City of Toronto will also support registered cleanups by providing litter and recycling bags, and special litter collection, subject to approval.
  • Register to hold your Community Cleanup Day on April 25 or 26!
  • Select your favourite park, beach, ravine or any other public space that needs a cleanup.
  • Invite your friends, family and neighbours to join the cleanup.
  • Register here – it’s fast and important. Registration allows the City to provide information about free litter bags, reserve your cleanup location and arrange special litter pickup, if required.
