"There’s a new, accessible spot along the waterfront for Torontonians to cast a line while enjoying amazing city views.
“People love to fish in the city. They’ll fish off of anything. Now they can come and fish here off of this pier. I hope to catch a really big fish here today,” said Ward 30 Councillor Paula Fletcher at the official opening
Fletcher, alongside representatives from Waterfront Toronto and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, ceremonially cast fishing lines into the water for the special occasion on Wednesday, April 18."
