Riverdale Park East Update

Tennis Courts Now Open

After being closed temporarily due to the ongoing construction, the tennis courts can now be accessed from the stairs by Tennis Crescent. The Pool and Dog Off Leash Area can be accessed through the Montcrest Boulevard entrance.

New Fitness Equipment

There is a new fitness station in the park for public use. There are pull-up bars, step benches, a cargo net, and parallel bars. Equipment instructions on signage is also provided.

New Rink, Skating Path and Playground Coming Soon

The new rink and skating path are under construction. It is scheduled to be complete in time for the 2017/2018 Winter Season.

The new playground design includes amphitheatre seating and climbing rocks, water and sand play, swings with accessible seats and playground equipment for children of all ages.
