The Artist: Lisa Binnie’s walking art practice takes her on extended landscape explorations. Focusing on the Port Lands since May 2012, she discovered that the secret to its dynamics is the entangled relationships between industry, recreation and nature. Lisa created The Port Lands Sensory Walk, a public walk that leads participants to five locations that reveal the diversity of this dramatic landscape. Lisa’s photographs reveal how these forces share and shape this landscape. The #portlandswalk leads you to experience them in person.
