News Release - City Taking Proactive Measures to Enforce Dangerous Dog Orders
New measures come after Councillor Fletcher’s call for proactive enforcement in wake of recent maulings.
November 20 - Police Division 55 /C.P.L.C. Town Hall Meeting
Toronto Police Services 55 Division and its 55 Division Community Police Liaison
Committee (C.P.L.C.) will host a Town Hall meeting at the Matty Eckler Community
Center on Wednesday the 20th of November 2013 starting 7:30 pm. The meeting will
include a brief overview of the policing issues and initiatives within 55
Division and will focus discussions on the designated zone. There will be an
opportunity for a Question and Answer period. Community members are encouraged
to interact with members of the division and members of the CPLC.
The approximate Zone boundaries for Zone 1 and Zone 2 are north to south; Danforth to the lake and west to east; Broadview Ave over to Greenwood Ave.
