The new Withrow Rink will be open on Monday, January 21st at 9:00 am for the first public skate, followed by the first all ages shinny at 12:00 pm.
Please also join me and Mayor Tory on Saturday, January 26th 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a Skating Party to celebrate the new rink. The ribbon cutting will take place at 1:30 pm, and
