This month's City Council session was especially significant for me, as two initiatives I've worked on for a long time came to fruition.
Murals to be unveiled near Toronto's Monarch Park
City Councillor Paula Fletcher (Ward 30 Toronto-Danforth) will be joined by artist Elicser and community representatives to unveil a series of murals near Monarch Park as part of the StreetARToronto Underpass Program.
Date: Saturday, November 8 Time: 2 to 4 p.m.; ribbon cutting at about 3 p.m. Location: Pedestrian underpass at the end of Woodfield Road – at the entrance to Monarch Park, Toronto
