The applications propose a total of 894 residential dwelling units and a total of 22,207 square metres of non-residential gross floor area. You can view a copy of the Preliminary Report providing background information.
Purpose of the Meeting
The objective of this meeting is to provide the community more detailed information about the applications submitted by Streetcar Developments. City Planning will also seek input from the community on the goals and vision for their neighbourhood and discuss whether and in what ways the development proposal can help achieve these goals.
