I am excited to announce that the Leslieville Tree Festival will be happening on Saturday June 16, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Leslie Grove Park.
The Festival is a public celebration of our urban forest. Focused on providing activities and fun for the whole family, it includes displays from environmental groups and green vendors, exciting performances from local musicians and performers, a wide array of children’s activities, exhibits from local artists and a ceremonial tree planting. Partners in in the Festival include LEAF, the City of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation and the Leslieville BIA.
The application for exhibitor registration is now open! Each exhibitor will be supplied with a table and one chair. We encourage you to offer something interactive at your exhibit – an activity, a game, a demonstration, etc.
Not-for-profit organizations $15 (plus HST)
Business vendors $30 (plus HST)

We will review your application and get in touch with you regarding next steps as soon as possible including the registration form and liability insurance details. If selected, we require exhibitors to provide proof of Liability Insurance by submitting a valid certificate of insurance. Information regarding what to include in the certificate of insurance will be provided to accepted applicants.
If you are a small non-profit group without the capacity to purchase insurance, please let LEAF know.
