The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is hosting a PA Day camp on Friday, June 7th at Tommy Thompson Park for kids aged 6-12. Learn more and register here.
Registration for TRCA’s summer camps at Tommy Thompson Park is also now open. They offer kids an opportunity to discover our city’s animal and plant life among wetlands and meadows.

Recent enforcement and engagement activities at Tommy Thompson Park are as follows:
Over the weekend of April 20th and 21st, TRCA staff reported two dogs, seven e-bikes and no campfires while the Nature Interpreter team spoke with 33 park visitors about wildlife and nature at the Leslie Street Spit.
Over the weekend of April 27th and 28th, staff reported one dog and no campfires or e-bikes while the Nature Interpreter team spoke with 81 park visitors.
Over the weekend of May 4th and 5th, staff reported two dogs, no campfires and ten e-bikes while the Nature Interpreter team spoke with 120 park visitors.
Over the weekend of May 11th and 12th, staff reported one dog, no campfires and 15 e-vehicles while the Nature Interpreter team spoke with 190 park visitors.
Over the long weekend of May 18th, 19th and 20th, staff reported nine dogs, one campfire and approximately 45 e-vehicles while the Nature Interpreter team spoke with over 280 park visitors.

We considered luxury home tax rates, priority signalling for LRTs and streetcars, a maximum heat bylaw along with our next five-year climate plan and the Portlands Energy Centre.
Major items included snow clearing, Ontario Line truck safety, blue bin collection, removal of provincial tenant protections, zoning changes to allow for more residential retail and more.
