New measures come after Councillor Fletcher’s call for proactive enforcement in wake of recent maulings.
February 24 - Jack Layon Way Opening
Please join Councillor Paula Fletcher and very special guest MP Olivia Chow at
the ceremonial opening of the new Jack Layton Way. This new street is part of
the Bridgepoint Health redevelopment and replaces the existing Don Jail Roadway
as of Monday, February 25, 2013. Jack was a passionate and much loved advocate
for our community and continues to inspire us to work together for a better
future. You are invited to join us in celebration as we take the first walk down
Jack Layton Way.
