Construction Begins on the Don Summerville Site
I’m happy to share that a building permit was issued and construction is underway to revitalize Toronto Community Housing’s Don Summerville site at Queen Street and Coxwell Avenue.
Along with the rebuilding of 120 TCHC apartments, 100 new and much needed affordable apartments are being constructed, of which 40 will be co-op housing.
