I was pleased to be joined by Chair of the Toronto Lands Corporation David Crombie, Director of Parks, Forestry and Recreation Richard Ubbens, Manager of Aquatics Anne Jackson, Chair of the Toronto Sports Council Karen Pitre, members the Aquatics working group, and young swimmers from Frankland Pool.

This was a landmark achievement, keeping recreation facilities open for the community to enjoy!
