On a cold and wintry night in 2010 you attended a meeting put on by Urbancorp, the developer who had purchased the former St. Anne’s school site from the TCDSB. Urbancorp had wanted to get some feedback from the community prior to submitting their application for the rezoning and development of the former school property.

Urbancorp’s application has now been submitted and the next step is a community planning meeting on Wednesday, June 29th.
Some residents have told me they have a lot of questions about the planning process so before the planning meeting. Gregg Lintern Director of Community Planning South District will to do a quick “Community Planning 101” for all interested residents.
