Earlier this year, a number of residents attended two meetings with Urbancorp, the builder wanting to re-develop the former St. Joseph's school site. At those meetings, many residents raised questions about density, setbacks, and traffic patterns. As a result, Urbancorp has made some changes to their initial application submitted to City Planning.
