This is a significant infill development for the neighbourhood and questions
have been raised about density, setback and traffic which have made me aware
there is a desire to have a good understanding of the planning process and
where the community can have influence.
As well as the meeting on the Planning Application itself, Gregg Lintern,
Director of Community Planning South District will give a quick “Community
Planning 101” for all interested residents to discuss the all of the relevant
aspects of a planning application
