It takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rain or shine).

Pick up:
- Free bagged leaf compost (limit of two bags per household, while supplies last)
- Kitchen containers for organics (available for purchase)
Paper shredding services will be available, with each household limited to two bags of paper for shredding.
Drop off for recycling or proper disposal:
- Free paper shredding*
- Electronic waste
- Household hazardous waste

Donate for reuse:
- Sporting goods
- Books (excluding textbooks)
- Cameras, CDs, DVDs & Blu-rays
- Dress-up clothing & costume jewelry
- Clothing, footwear, accessories, linens, etc.
- Small household items
- Musical instruments & board games
- Eyeglasses, walking aids, hearing aids & other assistive devices
You can also bring non-perishable food items for those in need.
Learn and engage:
- Access and learn more about the many city services, green programs and sustainability resources available to residents
- Hear from NoJetsTO, TTCriders & Toronto East Residents For Renewable Energy about local environmental issues & how you can help

- Construction waste
- Air conditioners
- Garbage & Blue Bin recycling
- Wood
- Cassettes & videotapes
- Commercial/industrial hazardous waste
- Tires & scrap metal
