In every new development approval, the developer is obligated to give a cash contribution to the City for public parks or give land to the City for a park.

For the rezoning of 50 Curzon Street, the developer gave a piece of land at the north east corner of the site for a new neighbourhood parkette.

I am now very pleased to be able to show you the proposed design for the new parkette. Please join me at a virtual meeting to review the design and timing for the park construction.
