Free Compost at the East York Civic Centre

Get your shovels ready! I have arranged for free compost to be dropped at the East York Civic Centre at 850 Coxwell Ave on Tuesday, June 20th at 7:30 a.m. for the weekly East York Farmers' Market. 

Get your compost then get some fresh, local food from the great vendors of the East York Farmers' Market, open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The compost will be dropped on in the northwest area of the East York Civic Centre near the intersection of Memorial Park Ave and Durant Ave (see below map).  

*Please remember to bring your own shovels and containers as the compost will not be in bags. It's first come, first served and compost will be delivered rain or shine.*
